Trevear Shippen is a lovely one-level converted barn with an open plan living space and heated Cornish slate floors throughout.
The living, dining and kitchen area is spacious and the three bedrooms, one en suite, are all beautifully presented. There is also a further spacious family bathroom. Outside there is a private patio area to the front and a communal courtyard to the rear to soak up some Cornish sunshine.
All bedrooms also have air conditioning installed if you prefer a cooler nights sleep.
Trevear Shippen has parking for up to two cars, WiFi throughout, large Smart TV with DVD player and Sky, SONOS system and use of an iPad mini. On request the property can be baby friendly and supplied with a travel cot (bring your own bedding) and a highchair. Also a bath seat, plug socket guards, microwave bottle steriliser and plastic crockery/cutlery can be provided. Additionally, there is access to a stunning heated indoor swimming pool and separate steam room which boasts decking that overlooks the countryside.
Along with the pool there is a fantastic gym facility for all the onsite Trevear residents. It includes running machines, rowing machines, a peloton bike, smith machine and dumbbells and kettlebells, fit for whatever kind of exercise you are in too. This all can be enjoyed by listening to the perfect gym playlist on the inbuilt speaker system.
In the gym lobby you will also find a bike rack so if you fancy bringing your bikes down for your holiday there is somewhere to store them for your stay. There is also the perfect space to book yourself some “me” time and have a little pamper in our treatment room.
With Padstow just up the road, there are plenty of excellent places to eat and some great sandy beaches. The South West Coastal Path and Camel Estuary are well worth exploring to experience the natural beauty of this stunning area, and offer lots of activities such as watersports, cycling and fishing. Further along the coast you’ll find Rock, Polzeath and Port Isaac which are breathtakingly beautiful Cornish seaside towns.
The living area has a big and comfortable soft leather sofa, large TV and coffee table. The dining table is situated close to the kitchen and wood burning stove. Double doors lead out to the rear communal courtyard.
The bespoke kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Nespresso machine with Aeroccino milk frother and a selection of pods – everything you need to create a tasty meal using Cornish local ingredients.
Trevear Shippen has two bathrooms, an en suite to bedroom 1, complete with large walk in shower, bath, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
The additional bathroom has a large shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Both this and the en suite have toiletries and thick, fluffy towels provided.
To the front of Trevear Shippen, there is a private patio complete with BBQ and a set of tables and chairs. To the rear is a large communal courtyard.
