Overview

This is a delightfully luxurious family home-stay, and as the name suggests, this former mill has been beautifully restored with bespoke furniture and under floor heating throughout.

From the light and airy glass foyer, you’ll find the open-plan living area up the stairs which includes the dining and kitchen area. Downstairs are three bedrooms, two en suite and a family bathroom.

All bedrooms also have air conditioning installed if you prefer a cooler nights sleep.

There is plenty of parking with space for up to three cars. Trevear Mill House has Wi-Fi throughout, a large TV/DVD player with Sky, a SONOS system and use of a iPad mini. On request the property can be baby friendly with a travel cot (bring your own bedding) and a highchair. Also a bath seat, plug socket guards, microwave bottle steriliser and plastic crockery/cutlery can be provided. Additionally, there is access to a stunning heated indoor swimming pool and separate steam room which boasts decking that overlooks the countryside.

Along with the pool there is a fantastic gym facility for all the onsite Trevear residents. It includes running machines, rowing machines, a peloton bike, smith machine and dumbbells and kettlebells, fit for whatever kind of exercise you are in too. This all can be enjoyed by listening to the perfect gym playlist on the inbuilt speaker system.

In the gym lobby you will also find a bike rack so if you fancy bringing your bikes down for your holiday there is somewhere to store them for your stay. There is also the perfect space to book yourself some “me” time and have a little pamper in our treatment room.

Trevear Mill House is perfect for exploring the beaches and bays of the north Cornish coast. With Padstow just up the road, there are plenty of excellent places to eat and some great sandy beaches. The South West Coastal Path and Camel Estuary are well worth exploring to experience the natural beauty of this stunning area, and offer lots of activities such as watersports, cycling and fishing. Further along the coast, you’ll find Rock, Polzeath and Port Isaac which are breathtakingly beautiful Cornish seaside towns.

Living Space

Head up the oak and glass stairs to the enormous open plan living area. With a light and airy feel, a large woodburner, television and comfy leather sofa can be found at one end of the room and a pretty dining table sits in the middle.

The bespoke kitchen is roomy and has everything you need to cook up a treat or two – a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Nespresso machine with Aeroccino milk frother and a selection of pods.

Bathroom

This property has 3 bathrooms, an ensuite to bedroom 1 and 2 both with walk in showers and a family bathroom complete with walk in shower and freestanding bath.

Outside Area

There’s an outdoor private patio complete with BBQ and dining set and a raised lawn area so children have plenty of space to run about and play.

To the back of the property there is also a shared enclosed courtyard.
