Overview

Trevear Lodge is a lovely stone cottage set in the beautiful countryside of North Cornwall. Nestled away in a secluded spot not far from Padstow on Trevear Farm, this pretty, bespoke retreat is the ideal luxury getaway for small families or couples.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area looks out through the bi-folding doors to stunning views of rolling hills, making the most of the North Cornish countryside. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this wonderful country gem is ideal for a small group escaping to Cornwall. The property is dog-friendly, with a large enclosed outdoor space so you can relax on the patio, enjoy a glass of wine and the exquisite scenery knowing your beloved furry friend is happy and safe.

All bedrooms also have air conditioning installed if you prefer a cooler nights sleep.

There is private parking available, WiFi throughout, Smart TV with DVD and Sky, use of an iPad mini and a SONOS sound system. On request the property can be baby-friendly, with a travel cot (bring your own bedding) and a highchair being supplied. A bath seat, plug socket guards, microwave bottle steriliser and plastic crockery/cutlery can also be provided. Additionally, there is access to a stunning heated indoor swimming pool and separate steam room which boasts decking that overlooks the countryside.

Along with the pool there is a fantastic gym facility for all the onsite Trevear residents. It includes running machines, rowing machines, a peloton bike, smith machine and dumbbells and kettlebells, fit for whatever kind of exercise you are in too. This all can be enjoyed by listening to the perfect gym playlist on the inbuilt speaker system.

In the gym lobby you will also find a bike rack so if you fancy bringing your bikes down for your holiday there is somewhere to store them for your stay. There is also the perfect space to book yourself some “me” time and have a little pamper in our treatment room.

Trevear Lodge is in a wonderfully ideal location for anyone wanting to explore the north Cornish coast. Being a short drive away from Padstow, there is plenty of beautiful, sandy beaches to visit and lots of deliciously interesting restaurants to dine at. For natural-beauty seekers, there is The South West Coastal Path and Camel Estuary which not only boast amazing views but also some exciting activities such as watersports, cycling and fishing. Further along the coast you’ll find Rock, Polzeath and Port Isaac which are breathtakingly beautiful Cornish seaside towns.

Living Space

Trevear Lodge’s living area is spacious, modern and completely open-plan. Boasting spectacular views of the Cornish countryside through the bi-folding doors at the end of the room, this light and airy room makes the most of the sunshine with its high vaulted ceiling and large skylights.

Whether you are looking to lounge on the cosy, grey corner sofa or rustle up a delicious meal in the bespoke kitchen with light yellow cupboards and granite worktops – you can enjoy the stunning views anywhere in this gorgeous living area. The bespoke kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Nespresso machine with Aeroccino milk frother and a selection of pods. Traditional Cornishware completes this charming kitchen.

Additionally, there is a gloriously wood burner – large and warm enough to be enjoyed from all corners of the room, but especially from the cute dining area for four situated next to the bi-folding doors to make the most of the Cornish landscape.

Bathrooms

En suite bathroom attached to bedroom 1 with a large walk-in shower.

The additional bathroom, next to the second bedroom, has a deep bath with overhead shower.

Both this and the en suite have underfloor heating and heated rails to keep towels warm and fluffy.

Outside Area

Trevear Lodge has a large fully enclosed, gated garden perfect for keeping both dogs and children happy and safe. There is also a large patio, with table and BBQ, which can be accessed from both the living area and the master bedroom.
