Overview

This fabulous property has great views over the Camel Estuary and a private heated outdoor swimming pool as well as lots of outdoor space. It’s ideally located for exploring the north Cornish coast and beyond.

The property has an upside-down approach with the living area and kitchen on the first floor to make the most of the views, with floor-to-ceiling windows which can be opened onto the terrace in warmer weather. The bedrooms and bathrooms can be found on the ground floor. The property is dog-friendly and has plenty of walks nearby without having to step in a car.

There’s parking available for up to three cars at Lowen with WiFi throughout, Smart TV/DVD player with Sky and a SONOS system to wirelessly listen to music all on the iPad mini provided. On request a travel cot (bring your own bedding) and highchair are available. Also a bath seat, socket guards, microwave bottle steriliser and plastic crockery/cutlery can be provided on request.

Lowen has lots of things to do in the area – Old Town Cove lies at the bottom of the lane nearby which leads onto the Camel Trail and Padstow is just a 45 minute walk away. The Camel Estuary offers plenty of water sport activities whilst Padstow has plenty of beaches and places to eat, with restaurants owned by the likes of Rick Stein, Nathan Outlaw and Paul Ainsworth.

Living Space

The open-plan living area stretches across the length of Lowen and benefits from stunning views through the floor-to-ceiling windows which can be opened up. The slate floor is heated throughout, and the living area includes a spacious corner sofa, wood burner, WiFi throughout, Smart TV with DVD and Sky, use of an iPad mini and a SONOS sound system.

The bespoke kitchen is fully equipped with a six ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, plus a full array of Cornishware. There’s a utility room downstairs with a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The dining table sits between the living area and the kitchen and there’s a breakfast bar too.

Bathroom

Upstairs there is a changing room off of the living area with another shower so you don’t have to go downstairs after a day by the pool.

Outside Area

In front of the living area is a large enclosed terrace which leads down to the private heated swimming pool (available from Easter to the end of September). Up the stairs to the side of Lowen is a raised seating area with views over the Camel Estuary. There are further grounds which are for use (one lawned area is shared with Rock View). There is private parking for up to 3 cars.

There is also a full dining suite and BBQ, sun loungers and a shower.
