Owned and managed by Cornwall Council, Tehidy boasts 250 acres of woodland, dotted with lakes and veined by a network of footpaths that span for over 9 miles. Immersing visitors in rich flora and fauna, each season brings with it a kaleidoscope of colour and an opportunity for reflection at every turn.

Whether you want to tire out your dogs with a hearty stank, introduce the children to some of Mother Nature’s most fascinating displays or simply stroll around taking in the scenes, the only tempo you need to follow is your own. Follow the clearly marked paths and let the gentle creak of bark and chorus of birdsong provide the perfect soundtrack.
As you go, make use of the park’s picnic tables to refuel on your favourite snacks or head over to the café. Located at South Drive (one of the five main access points) the Visitor Centre and Café is open all year round and welcomes in rosy-cheeked walkers with tasty snacks and drinks. As well as humans, the café is also dog-friendly too – great news if you are walking with your four-pawed pals!
