After learning his trade under famous chefs such as Gary Rhodes, Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing, Ainsworth’s Michelin Star restaurant serves modern British food with an emphasis on fresh, local produce.

A college apprentice working under Rhodes, Ainsworth has been honing his skills in the kitchen since 1998. After various roles working under top chefs in London and several TV appearances, Paul along with his wife Emma made the decision to move to Padstow in Cornwall. Having instantly fallen in love with the area, the Ainsworths now open their doors to guests to share their award-winning culinary masterpieces.

Under Head Chef John Walton, the talented team at Paul Ainsworth at No.6 serve imaginative creations, packed full of flavour. Local goods and produce are used wherever possible, celebrating all the South West has to offer in a menu that caters to everyone.
